Ordering instructions



Welcome to Captainsmm

Here is a brief guide to placing an order on our website.

These instructions will make navigating our website easy.

Placing an order happens in three easy steps:

  1. Picking a service
  2. Filling out the Order Form
  3. Making a payment

1. Picking a service

Our website has services for Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and TikTok! Pick a service type to get started. Click “Menu” in the upper right corner or “Explore Services” on the home page.

This will bring you to the page that will show you all service packages for the social media platform of your choice.

Note that all underlined words and phrases on this page have hidden popups with more details that open when you hover over them.

Click on the arrows on the right and left of your computer or phone screen to see all sizes of service packages.

You can also create an account on our website by clicking “Sign Up” or “Sign In” at the top of the home page. This is totally optional though since you can also check out as a guest! The only difference is that signed in customers are able to see the total cost of their purchase, the size of the ordered package as well as track delivery status of their order in their account.

Once you choose a service and read through the service package description and pricing information, click “Buy Now”

You will see a window pop up that will give you two options: “as a guest” and “sign in or sign up.” Click on either one.

If you choose “sign in or sign up,” you will need to fill out a short form. If you are an already registered user, you will be prompted to log in.

2. Filling out the Order Form

Next, you will see the Order Form. Make sure that you fill out all the required fields with correct information.

  • Paste the link to the subject of promotion in the “URL, username or channel name” field.
  • Type in your email address in the “Email” field. We need your email to send you relevant information about your order and will not spam you!
  • Type in a comment in the “Comment” section if needed.
  • Next, choose a payment method.

  • Make sure you read and understand the Terms of Use before clicking “Buy”.
  • Check the information you typed in one more time and click “Buy.”

Next, you will see a page with the name of the payment system you chose and your order total.

Here you will need to confirm that you are ready to make a purchase by clicking “Pay” and advance to the next page.

3. Making a payment

Once you get to the payment system you chose, follow the instructions on the page and please make sure that you have appropriate funds to make a payment.

A payment confirmation receipt will be sent to the email you provided.

Once the payment is made, one of our managers will be notified it and start processing it. You will see the service results very soon.
