How fast will my order be processed?

Order processing time can vary depending on the service and quantity of engagement unit you purchase. Average processing time fall anywhere between 2 and 180 minutes. If it seems like there has been no action on your order in your account in 24 hours, please email us at support@captainsmm.com.

What kind of accounts / channels do you not work with?

  • Private accounts/channels.
  • If the account/channel contains any nudity and sexual content, political content, hate speech, content that promotes drugs and other illegal substances, discrimination, harassment, extremism, and gambling, and content that breaches copyright.
  • Some channels and accounts may be refused service based on a decision made by the site administration. Please refer to the Terms of Service and Customer Agreement for more information.

How can I track my order?

You can see if the order has been delivered by looking at the metrics on your account/channel or by checking the status of your order in your account on this website. If you would like more detailed information about your order, you can reach us at support@captainsmm.com.

Why and where do subscribers, views, and likes I bought disappeared?

Drops in engagement metrics usually happen because of the low quality of the services purchased. Usually, the biggest drops in count happen when you purchase cheap services without warranty.

Sometimes, drops in engagement metrics happen for reasons that are not related to our services.

How can I speed up the delivery of my order?

On our website, we process orders both manually and automatically. The advantage of auto processing is that the speed of setting up the order for delivery and order delivery is high. Why was my order canceled or paused?

All you need to provide to place an order is the link to the subject of promotion and your email as your contact information. No other personal information, let alone passwords to your accounts, are required. Please never share your password with anyone to maintain your accounts safe.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order and request a refund by sending an email to support@captainsmm.com only if the delivery of your order hasn’t already started. If the delivery of your order has already started, it is not possible for us to stop the process for technical reasons.

Do you issue refunds?

The refund will be posted in your bank account in 2-3 days depending on your bank/card issuer.

My payment didn’t go through or was declined – what do I do?

Please try to make a payment again using a different payment method that is accepted by our website. Please also double check that the funds in your bank account are sufficient to pay for the order you are placing.
